This lovely house located on the Delta Ebro is within 50 metres of the river bank with this superb location ideal for anglers, bird watchers and naturalists. Beaches are within 10 mins in several directions due to the deltas shape. You can leave your own footprints in the sands without seeing another person for miles or you can simply join the tourists on the beautiful beaches of Ampolla or L’Ametilla del Mar. You are two hours from Barcelona and Valencia, It’s easy to catch the new high speed train which makes Madrid only three hours away.
This house has seen me and my wife bring up our children and now we have moved further upstream (to our current location) we would definitely say this is an ideal house for any persons wishing to start there own business on the river Ebro.
