[We will be fishing from the shore, Not from boat. we do take a
boat with us to take out baits and get snagged leads out.
we cover a length of the river from Caspe top lake. To the regions above the town

[you can expect to catch catfish carp and if you choose to
Zander as well. on a normal days fishing when they are on the feed anything from
6 to 30+ catfish
carp anything from a couple of fish to 20+ fish ranging from smaller double
figure fish to well over 40+lbs .]
[your guide is Gary Sheridan he has been on the river Ebro for
over 9 years .Gary has a excellent track record for catching big fish and lots
of them. His fishing history ranges from back in the early 1980s when he was a
match fisherman. fro both sea and freshwater boat and shore.
winning his first ever competition when he was only 13 years
old. Gary has been a serious course, carp, predator and sea angler for well over
30+ years so you are good hands.

[your accomodation is a fully furnished self catering Apartment
located in the centre of Caspe.
you have a selection of bars and a selection of shops to chose from .all within
a stones throw of where you are located sleeping up to 6 people.]
[Here lies the best question for which I have only the most honest and sincere answer for you.
As follows we have in the past had catches over 12.000lbs of catfish in five days in November and we have also had some of the best catches in April/may some years. But last April/may the river was in such a bad condition it fished so poor there was no comparison not to any of the previous years fishing .we still caught fish
we have had some Excellent catches in the following months where the river has been mostly stable
January February march June July August September October November The reason for not including April and may in there is simply because it has flooded on a couple of occasions but we do still catch a lot of fish when the river is in flood the locations we can fish are narrowed down to just a few. so where the fish has been feeding in January and February will now be under water and of course not fishable.
if you have booked for 2009 in April the river is now set to be in superb form so this year looks excellent .
The reason the river rises so much is down to the dams and the flood water from the snow in the mountains. there is always somewhere to fish but the best locations that I prefer to fish are under water when the river is in flood.

we are honest and sincere with our answers so you don't get the bull some
companies give out to you saying you should have been here last week. or we have
caught so many catfish mate we don't know what's going on mate now pay me for
those bags of bait .
What do we do if the weather is bad...?
we do have some spare jackets and wet weather gear here for you we also have
brollys if the weather looks set to be a damp one then we shall try our best to
make it better for you the tracker brollys or the big covers we use are more
than suffice. we hope this helps.
what should we bring with us...?
you should bring with you your clothes to wear some decent
trainers or walking shoes form the months of January to April
after this its normally sandals, That have a good fastening or slip on water
proof style beach shoe.
this is because you will be going in the weather with the fish. (A lot.)
a jacket is required from the months of January to may. And then again from
October to January
you can bring some end tackle for carp if you only want to use your own end
tackle in the price for this year 2009 we include all that for you. but anglers
being as they are. may well wish to bring there own with them. we do. have lead
weights here you do need to bring with you PVA bags scissors bolie needles
stringer needle. boile stops and your usual small little special pieces that you
would like to bring with you. as like a lot of anglers there are those out there
that do like to still bring there own bits with them. we have decided this year
to try to help with all anglers booking by including the bits that companies
like Ryan air wish to charge you for.

suntan lotion, A good hat to keep your head cool, sun glasses, if you suffer
from any type of injury or heart problem asthma or any other medical
problem .

HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOU GUIDE IN ONE PARTY...?
We guide up to a comfortable 8 People in any one group six people in one
accomodation at any one time then the second accomodation sleeps three people.
